SHAH ALAM, Aug 17: The Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia (CAAM) has confirmed that a light aircraft had crashed near the Elmina area here today.
The incident is being investigated by the State Safety Department of the agency currently and CAAM is expected to issue a statement later today, a spokesperson from CAAM said when contacted by Weekly Echo.
According to a BERNAMA report, the crash also involved a motorcycle that happened to be on the spot where the crash took place.
So far, there have been no confirmation of any casualties but those who witnessed the event have been posting footages of the incident on social media websites.
