KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 8: The Malaysian Institute of Human Resource Management (MIHRM) and Invictus Leader Sdn Bhd have entered into a strategic alliance to elevate HR practices and leadership programmes across Malaysia.

This will ensure that HR professionals are equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to navigate the rapidly changing landscape of the future workforce, MIHRM said in a statement today.

One of the cornerstone initiatives of this collaboration is the establishment of the HRD Future Foresight Centre of Excellence.

The centre is envisioned to be a premier hub for research, learning, and innovation in human capital development.

Through the Learning Workforce Lab, the centre will leverage MIHRM’s deep understanding of the Malaysian HR landscape and enhance it with Invictus Leader’s expertise in strategic foresight and regenerative strategies.

In the area of research and innovation, the centre will conduct cutting-edge research to identify emerging trends and challenges in the HR field.

It will also develop innovative solutions that address these challenges and prepare organisations for the future.

As for foresight intelligence learning, the centre will offer specialised programmes to teach HR leaders how to utilise strategic foresight in their decision-making processes. This will enable them to identify and analyse trends, anticipate challenges, and develop robust strategies that are future-proof.

In the area of ethical AI and technology integration, the centre will provide guidance on the ethical use of AI and advanced technologies in HR.

It will also ensure that HR leaders are equipped to leverage these tools to enhance productivity while upholding ethical standards and protecting employee rights.

As for leadership and innovation development, the centre will introduce programmes focused on cultivating innovative thinking and entrepreneurial leadership within HR.

It will help foster these skills to drive change and innovation in organisations, thus creating a culture of continuous improvement.

In terms of regenerative HR practices, the centre will incorporate learning on regenerative HR practices, emphasising the creation of systems that not only maintain but also renew and improve the well-being of employees and the organisation.

MIHRM said this partnership represents a strategic move by the institute to position itself at the forefront of HR innovation by joining forces with Invictus Leader, which will enhance its offerings and reinforce its commitment to preparing HR professionals for the future.
