KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 4 (Bernama) — Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim extended his heartfelt congratulations to national athlete Muhammad Ziyad Zolkefli for securing a silver medal at the Paris 2024 Paralympics.
“The silver medal won by Ziyad marks the third for the Malaysian contingent in Paris. Well done and congratulations Ziyah!” Anwar expressed on X, today.
Competing at the Stade de France yesterday, Muhammad Ziyad managed a throw of 17.18 metres (m) in the men’s F20 (intellectual disability) shot put event, earning a silver medal for the national team.
